"What a blessing this was for our family! Virgil’s hospital where he receives all of his treatments for Rhabdomyosarcoma is almost an hour away from our house. With the soaring gas prices and frequent trips to the hospital (sometimes 5 days in a row) the gas money from the Daniela Conte Foundation will ease a burden for our family. I’ve had to take a leave of absence from work and our family of 5 is down to one income. This truly is so helpful! Our oldest two boys miss me and Virgil a lot when we are gone at the hospital so it was such an exciting surprise for them! We can’t wait to have one on one time with our boys and focus on them instead of the stress of cancer."
