"UNIONDALE, NY — The Long Island Nets are set to host their annual Cancer Awareness Night Game at the Nassau Coliseum on March 6.

A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit The Daniela Conte Foundation, which aims to provide hope and assistance to children battling cancer, the Dix Hills charity announced.

The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

There will be giveaways to the first 1,000 fans in attendance, and the game will honor those fighting cancer, cancer survivors and their caretakers throughout the night.
